De antiaanbaklaag op de bakplaten maakt het gebruik van boter of olie overbodig en zorgt dat er geen etensresten aanbakken. De bakplaatjes kunnen verwijderd worden uit de behuizing en zijn vaatwasserbestendig. Zo hoef je alleen de bamboe behuizing met een doekje af te doen en heb je er daarna geen omkijken meer naar.
