Veste un color rosso rubino intenso, al naso sprigiona sentori di frutti di bosco, di ciliegia e mora, poi subentrano spezie dolci, vaniglia e cacao. Al palato ha un'ottima corrispondenza gusto olfattiva, è succoso, intenso, intrigante. Il tannino è presente e soffice; il vino è persistente.Il Pinotage Signature di Spier fa due giorni di macerazione a freddo sulle bucce, poi subisce un travaso in acciaio per fare la fermentazione alcolica, il 20% del mosto fa legno per una decina di mesi, il restante 80 % fa solamente acciaio. In questo modo il varietale si esprime meglio nel bicchiere, e ci regala un vino che ha la potenza e il colore del cinsaut e l'eleganza e la finezza del pinot nero. Piacevolissimo!
Si sposa bene con secondi di carne, con hamburger saporiti e carni grigliate.

Enables the person to move around while wearing.
These silicon socks look a bit odd at first glance but they work great and best of all, any lotions and oily creams are contained on the inside so you can walk around. They are very soft. I haven't had them long so I can't comment on durability, but they are not made of lightweight material.

Does the job but dangerous to walk with!
Does the job but dangerous to walk with: foot is sliding inside the sock if the foot was treated with cream or lotion prior. It is uncomfortable to sleep with but a necessary hurdle to heal your heels!
