De Wagner Competition intercooler kit is de ideale upgrade voor de Audi A4 B9 en A5 F5 met de 3.0 TDI motor. Met een kernmaat van 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm en een totaalvolume van 17,13 liter biedt deze intercooler een 134% grotere aanstroomoppervlakte en 105% meer laadluchtvolume in vergelijking met de standaard intercooler.

Het hoogwaardige Competition-hoogprestatienet is uitgerust met interne turbulators. De eindkasten zijn gemaakt van gegoten aluminium en met CFD-stroomanalyse geoptimaliseerd voor een maximale interne luchtstroom. De aansluitdiameters bedragen Ø62 mm bij de ingang en Ø67 mm bij de uitgang, wat zorgt voor een soepele luchtstroom met minimale tegendruk. Een anticorrosiecoating met uitstekende warmtegeleiding garandeert een duurzame en optimale koeling. Ondanks zijn grootte weegt de intercooler slechts 9,5 kg. De kit is getest tot 6 bar en drukstabiel, en wordt plug & play als 1:1 vervanging van de standaard intercooler gemonteerd. Niet toegelaten binnen de StVO.
