Rubino, con riflessi color granata. Al naso è intenso e articolato; si esprime con sentori di more e ribes, note di viola e alloro e cenni di noce moscata. Al palato rivela un corpo pieno, una buona trama tannica e un'ottima persistenza.

L'Etna Rosso DOC "Feudo di Mezzo" di Graci è un blend di nerello mascalese e nerello cappuccio; fermentato, poi, spontaneamente, affina per due anni in rovere, rivelandosi fin dal primo incontro un rosso di chiara incisività. L'impronta del territorio natio non viene mai meno e l'assaggio regala un pieno appagamento.
