De kracht van de Opgestegen Meester Lao Tse
brengt innerlijke berusting, ontspanning en rust. In plaats van zich over het verleden, zichzelf of andere mensen op te winden, in plaats van zich om toekomstige bijzondere gebeurtenissen zorgen te maken, ontstaat een innerlijke vrede: „Het is, zoals het is.“. Daarom kan men opmerkzaam en kalm in de tegenwoordige tijd zijn, helder zien wat men wil en de nodige stappen zetten. Ook in chaos wordt het mogelijk in de eigen helderheid en kracht te blijven.
In meditatie brengt deze energie diepe rust, innerlijke vrede, een versmelte met het Zijn.
Vragen om jezelf en de situatie beter te begrijpen
·· In welke situatie erger ik mij, in plaats van mijn kracht te gebruiken voor datgene wat ik wil?
·· Welke teleurstelling, afwijzing, hulpeloosheid houd ik vast, in plaats van te herkennen wat ik werkelijk wil, en daar wat aan te doen?
·· Wat haalt mij uit de rust en kalmte? (NB in het kader van de eigen verantwoordelijkheid: door wat laat ik mij uit mijn rust en kalmte halen.)
·· Welke mensen of situatie veroordeel ik?
Aanvullende aanwijzingen betreffende deze LichtWesen essence
Deze essence heeft zich ook in stress- en examensituaties, bij innerlijke inspanning en onrust bewezen. Vaak hebben wij te horen gekregen dat zij in moeilijke situaties, waarin men erg opgewonden was, de innerlijke rust, vrede en helderheid versterkte. Ook heeft zij menigeen bij slaapstoornissen geholpen.
Oefening bij het thema
Voorhoofdsknobbels masseren- de voorhoofdsknobbels liggen boven de ogen in het midden tussen de wenkbrauwen en haargrens. Masseer gelijktijdig met wijs- en middelvinger van de linkerhand de linkerknobbel en met de wijs- en middelvinger van de rechterhand de rechterknobbel. Het is aan te bevelen, daarbij enkele druppels van de essence Lao Tse op de vingertoppen te doen.

Long lasting play toy!

Tuffy toys in general are great and they are a pretty good deal on Amazon. They are not indestructible, and if your dogs use them as chew toys they will eventually break through. My dogs have had this Armadillo since Christmas (and they do chew on it some) and the only thing missing is an ear. They like to play tug-of-war with it a lot. This is a bigger toy, but even my forty pound dog plays with it. I would not recommend this toy for dogs smaller than Border Collie size. You can make these Tuffy toys last longer if you don't allow your dogs to chew them--when your dogs starts chewing on non-chew toys trade them for a chew toy and when you catch your dog chewing on a chew-approved toy reward them for chewing. Eventually your dog will catch on and realize that if they want to chew there are certain toys that are allowed for that. In addition to being a great play toy this is a pretty cute toy too!

Cute but Not Durable

Super cute toy—my dogs loved it right away! Unfortunately, they chewed the head off within a few hours. I ordered a second one because they were so into it, but the same thing happened again.
I won’t be ordering a third, but they still play with their two headless frogs. So while it’s not the most durable, it definitely kept them entertained!

Great toy

This brand really makes durable toys. They outlast every other toy my dogs have. One dog loves to get the squeaker out of any toy, but he doesn’t rip this one apart. Obviously it won’t last forever, but no toy does! Some other brands of toys only make it a day or two, while these last months to years.
