Frühburgunder is een mutatie van Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir). De Frühburgunder van de familie Bäder rijpt 4 tot 6 weken eerder dan Spätburgunder. Daardoor hebben de suikers zich nog niet geheel in de druif kunnen ontwikkelen en is deze ook wat frisser in stijl. Er zijn ook Frühburgunder die slechts 2 weken eerder rijpen maar deze staan dichter bij Spätburgunder. Er zijn veel verschillende stijlen van Frühburgunder en sommige wijnen kunnen ook vrij goed ouderen!
In de wijngaard: Heiligenpfad is de naam van de wijngaard die een zeer kermerkende ondergrond van donker melaphyr heeft. Melaphyr is ruw, steenachtig. Een veeleisende vulkanische toplaag die het mineralige en scherpe karakter aan de wijn geeft. Deze toplaag houdt warmte goed vast en geeft dit ’s nacht terug aan de wijnstokken.

  • Proefnotitie:  Spannende Frühburgunder! Elegante aanzet met zacht rood fruit, viooltjes en gedroogde pruimen. Iets scherps als witte peper, munt. Vleugje tabak/vanille door (deels) nieuw hout opvoeding. Veel laagjes, lange mineralige complexe zuivere afdronk.

Brushes
These brushes are nice for getting into the small and difficult to reach parts of animals mouths. However part of what makes them difficult to reach is the fact that my pets put up such a fight for teeth brushing anyways. But these do make it slightly easier. The brushes are soft, the bristles are dense, and the fact that there’s different shapes of brushes is helpful as well.

The cutest little toothbrushes for the kitkats!
Never before recently had I contemplated brushing my cats' teeth. But at their most recent visit with the veterinarian, my boy kitty and one of his sisters had tartar on their teeth and I was admonished for not cleaning their teeth regularly at home. Yikes! The veterinarian gave me her recommendations. I ordered these toothbrushes to go with a toothpaste I was able to order through our compounding pharmacy. And I thought it was going to be a nightmare trying to brush their teeth. But our boy kitty actually likes it - sort of! I think he really likes the extra attention and it probably feels kind of good to get the gunk off his teeth. His sister is another story. She doesn't hate it, but I do need to give her treats before and after. These little toothbrushes are just perfect. I love the little cases included. They work perfectly and are just the right size. That makes them easy to use. And it doesn't hurt that they are absolutely adorable little toothbrushes!
