Een elegante wijn die goed ingezet kan worden bij charcuterie en gegrild vlees of vis van bijvoorbeeld de barbecue, het liefst met kruiden als tijm en rozemarijn. De druiven worden grotendeels handmatig geoogst
Deze Côtes du Rhône heeft een mooie dieprode kleur van granaatappel. Hij is gestructureerd, rond, elegant en goed uitgebalanceerd. Hij heeft aroma's van rood fruit, leer en cacao. We proeven een lichte rijpheid in de mond, de tannines zijn fijn. Een elegante wijn die goed ingezet kan worden bij charcuterie en gegrild vlees of vis van bijvoorbeeld de barbecue, het liefst met kruiden als tijm en rozemarijn.
De druiven worden grotendeels handmatig geoogst en gaan daarna de sorteertafel op, voor het verwijderen van alle steeltjes en bladresten. Dan volgt een fermentatie tussen de 10 en 15 dagen bij een temperatuur van 28 tot 32 graden. De wijn rijpt 12 tot 15 maanden in betonnen cuves.

Awesome price for quality balls
