De Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC Spumante Brut is een prestigieuze mousserende wijn uit de Veneto-regio, verpakt in een iconische goudkleurige fles. Deze luxe prosecco wordt geproduceerd van 100% Glera-druiven uit het beschermde DOC-gebied, waarbij wijnhuis Bottega gebruik maakt van de traditionele Charmat-methode voor een verfijnde en elegante bubbel.
Smaakprofiel
Helder strogeel van kleur met een fijne en aanhoudende perlage. Het intense aroma onthult groene appel, Conference peer, grapefruit en witte acacia bloesem. In de mond is de prosecco fris en harmonieus met uitgesproken tonen van rijpe perzik, acaciahoning en een subtiele minerale ondertoon. De afdronk is elegant en evenwichtig met een aangename fruitige nasmaak die lang aanhoudt. De rijping in roestvrijstalen tanks behoudt de frisse, levendige karakteristiek.
