Caixeiro Origins is een extra vierge olijfolie uit Trás-os-Montes, Portugal, geproduceerd door Caixeiro/Soresa in Santa Maria de Émeres, Valpaços. Deze Portugese blend wordt gemaakt van Cobrançosa-, Madural- en Verdeal Transmontanas-olijven uit een landelijke boomgaard op 550 tot 750 meter hoogte. De olijven worden handgeplukt met een elektrisch vibrerende vork en binnen 12 uur geperst en gecentrifugeerd. De olie is licht gefilterd en heeft een zacht, licht fruitig en toegankelijk smaakprofiel, met weinig bitterheid en een subtiel peperige afdronk. De 5 liter bag-in-box beschermt de extra vierge olijfolie tegen licht en beperkt contact met zuurstof, waardoor deze verpakking praktisch en voordelig is voor dagelijks gebruik. Geschikt voor koud en warm gebruik, van salades, brood, tomaat, groenten, aardappelen en pasta tot koken, bakken, braden, soepen, sauzen, stoofgerechten, vis, vlees en andere gerechten.

No way I’d give this five stars. And I struggled to give it four to be honest
Once it’s installed it looks great. As someone else had mentioned the instructions are pretty useless. This item comes with screws and wall anchors. If given the chance, install into studs or use different plugs. The ones provided are terrible. I wanted this shelf unit centered in the wall where it was hung. To do this, I had to use the anchors, and not really giving any thought to it, opted to use the ones provided. They flat out suck. So, I then opted to hang it off center into studs. I wish I had bought this item prior to doing some renovations because I would have installed some blocking in the walls, but it is what it is. So, in closing, I installed a 2-shelf version that does look nice once installed. The instructions are basically useless. If using wall anchors, find better ones. Choose to install into studs if possible.
