De Shoulder Press is het ideale toestel voor het trainen van uw bovenichaam. Het unieke ontwerp zorgt dan ook voor een maximale belasting op de spieren. Dankzij het leverage (hefboomeffect) systeem ervaart u een vloeiende beweging tijdens de training.

De zit die in een hoek van 90° staat, zorgt voor een natuurlijke houding terwijl je de oefening uitvoert. Dat is cruciaal om de schouderspieren te isoleren en blessures te voorkomen. 

Dit toestel is voorzien van commerciële kogellagers en speciale bronzen geleiders. Het stalen mainframe van 5 cm x 7,5 cm zorgt voor meer stevigheid en stabiliteit. De duurzame poederlaklaag voorkomt afpellen en krassen.

At least that's what I had for when I read the title of the listing so I guess if you are a man, you cannot have this blanket kind of odd and if I were the seller, I would change that because it definitely will affect search results... I used the blanket on top of my bed as an actual comforter. My bed is a full-size bed. I ordered a queen size blanket, and it covers it nicely. It is probably one of the softest blankets I have ever felt in my life and yes, I would recommend this if you were in the purchase for a nice large, soft, cozy blanket!
