Coated for ultimate performance
Most of the ProX pistons come with a coating. Our OEM style Tin coated pistons assist the wear in process when you just started the bike. We have developed a new skirt coating that not only assists the wear in process, but also helps reducing friction after the wear in. The black coating is made from a delicate mix of materials and will increase performance.
ProX pistons for Nicasil/plated cylinders
The latest cylinders are plated by a Nicasil plating. Therefore we offer a wide range of ProX pistons in standard size, as well as in A, B, C, D+ oversizes.
ProX pistons for sleeved cylinders
ProX Piston Kits for sleeved cylinders are available in standard size and a wide range of oversizes. The availability of oversizes up to 2mm significantly helps to increase the lifespan of a cylinder by offering more re-boring possibilities. Take advantage of the additional oversizes to extend the lifespan of plated cylinders. All ProX Piston Kits are supplied complete with Piston Rings, Wrist Pin and Circlips, ready to install!

PISTON RINGS
ProX piston rings are made by OEM factories to exact specifications. ProX uses well known brands like Rikken Japan, TP and NPR to be sure you will get the quality you might expect from our brand. All ProX piston rings can be used in cast iron bores, nickel ceramic platings (Nikasil), boron composite and electrofusion bores. If the application has a OEM cylinder with chrome bores, ProX supplies a different piston ring as in the ProX piston kit.

ProX Racing Parts offer a wide range of piston pins in many sizes and specifications. We offer straight wall and tapered wall pistons pins. Our chromed pistons pins are specially designed for the application. Every ProX piston pin is machined precisely and treated to get the best hardness and properties to stand the extreme conditions where it is used for.

PISTON CLIPS
ProX Racing Parts offer a wide range of clips for many piston diameters in different styles depending on the application: C-style & G-style.

Piston clips are not just a circled wire. They avoid the pin to move in the piston bosses. Do not underestimate the forces on the pin during operation.
