Ingrediënten
Vulstof (microkristallijne cellulose [cellulosegel]), ashwagandha-extract (Withania somnifera, wortel [bevat MELK]), fenegriekextract (Trigonella foenum-graecum, zaad), maca (Lepidium peruvianum Chacón, wortel), antiklontermiddelen (calciumzouten van vetzuren, siliciumdioxide), mineralen (zink, selenium), glansmiddelen (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropylcellulose).
Gebruik
2 keer per dag 1 tablet bij een maaltijd met water innemen.
Geschikt voor vegetariërs (niet voor veganisten).
Overleg bij hyperthyreoïdie of bij gebruik van schildkliermedicatie eerst met een arts alvorens een supplement met ashwagandha te gebruiken.
Niet gebruiken tijdens zwangerschap of borstvoeding.

Sturdy as heck But NOT easy to install
Because of the angles to install the screws, I'm definitely going to have to say NOT easy to install. Simple in concept; maybe if you have paper-thin walls. But if you don't it is a pain to screw those in with the tools provided. On the upside, they do come with a mini leveler. But it's just not a practical way of screwing in the shelf unless you are prepared to spend a surprising amount of time doing it. The shelves themselves are sturdy but that should be expected since it's basically a sheet of metal.

Super cute landing space for keys

I always have trouble finding my keys and so it’s been very helpful to have a dedicated spot to easily throw them in when I get home. At first I thought it would be too big but it’s the perfect size for two wallets and keys, and it’s good quality albeit a bit expensive. The gold isn’t too shiny either, it’s a nice touch and it really reduces the look of clutter on your surfaces and helps it look more organized. It also doesn’t slip around.
