Prodotto con le uve provenienti dai territori comunali di Serralunga d’Alba, Barolo e Castiglione Falletto, matura, dai 18 ai 36 mesi, in botti di rovere francese ed è un vino elegante e ben strutturato, in grado di rivelare, fin da subito, la sua fedeltà al gusto più classico del Barolo.
Ottimo in abbinamento alle carni rosse, arrosto e in umido, si sposa bene anche con la selvaggina e i primi di carne.
