Saintpaulia De Saintpaulia is afkomstig uit de oerwouden van het Oostafrikaanse Usambara-gebergte en behoort tot de Gesneriaceae (gloxiniafamilie). De ideale temperatuur voor deze plant is 18 – 20 ºC (kamertemperatuur) het gehele jaar door. Zorg er echter voor dat de temperatuur absoluut niet onder de 15 ºC komt en voorkom vooral plotselinge temperatuurwisselingen. Geef de Saintpaulia ’s zomers een beschaduwde plek en ’s winters iets lichter. De Saintpaulia verdraagt geen droge lucht, nadelig voor dit plantje zijn vensterbanken vlak boven een verwarming (‘s winters). Houd de plant gelijkmatig vochtig met lauwwarm water, bij een overvloed aan water ontstaat wortelrot. Geef geen koud water op het blad en in het hart, dit geeft bruine vlekken. Ook bij een te zonnige plaats ontstaan bladvlekken. De plant niet besproeien tijdens de bloeiperiode. De plant heeft een geringe voedselbehoefte; bijmesten is alleen tijdens de groeiperiode nodig.
De beste tips om uw plant te verzorgen:
Halfschaduw, geen direct zonlicht. Ideale temperatuur 18 – 22 ºC. Niet in een tochtige ruimte plaatsen. Geen overtollig water in de pot / schotel laten staan.

Pros: Clarity, relative ease of use, value Cons: Taping and sanding, doesn't last for as long as you own your car as claimed Best used as a temporary fix. Bottom line, would I use it again? Yes. What am I doing today? Replacing the headlights completely. Why? I plan on keeping my car for longer than a year.
