Duurzame oplosmiddelarme aflak voor binnen en buiten op basis van een geëmulgeerde polyurethaanalkyd emulsie. PU Top Satin heeft de verwerkingseigenschappen van de traditionele synthetische aflakken.

Verwerking

Verwerking
  • Voor gebruik goed oproeren.
  • Vol opzetten met een langharige (acryl-)kwast, glattfilt- of gevlokte roller.
Voorbehandeling
  • Reinigen met Globaclean
  • Schuren
  • Het hout dient droog te zijn (max. 18% vocht)
  • Indien de kans op doorbloeden aanwezig is, dan eerst een isolerende grondverf aanbrengen
  • Bij twijfelgevallen eerst een proefvlak opzetten en géén kleefdoekjes gebruiken
  • Op kaal hout dient vooraf een grondlaag (Baseprimer X-tra / Multiprimer Plus)
    aangebracht te worden
Nabehandeling
  • PU Top Satin vol opzetten en het geheel in één of twee lagen afwerken
  • Tussen de lagen goed matteren, bij voorkeur met een schuurpad
  • Voor langere opentijd Aquatura TF toevoegen
Droging
  • Na ca. 60 minuten stofdroog (afhankelijk van relatieve vochtigheid)
  • Na ca. 3 uur kleefvrij
  • Na ca. 18 uur overschilderbaar (minimaal overnacht laten drogen)
  • Bij een lagere temperatuur en/of een hogere luchtvochtigheid kunnen afwijkingen optreden in de
    droogtijd
Verwerkingscondities Optimaal > 10°C en r.v. < 80%.
Verdunning Water of Aquatura TF, voor reiniging direct schoonmaken met lauw water
