Beautifully carved in matt white alabaster with gorgeous gray veining, it has stylized birds as handles on either side. The original label is still visible on the underside. Sold without a shade. An Italian white alabaster table lamp sold by Stockmann in the 1960s. Beautifully carved in matt white alabaster with gorgeous gray veining, it has stylized birds as handles on either side. The original label is still visible on the underside. Sold without a shade.
Condition: Very good. The lamp is in very good vintage condition with some minor discoloration and wear consistent with its age and use. This piece has been professionally rewired in Finland and takes an E27 bulb. Sold without a shade or metal harp. NOTE: The bulb socket fits a lampshade with a metal harp adjustment (see last two images).
Dimensions: H 38.5cm x Diameter at base 10cm (Diameter 11.5cm at widest point).
