The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 1/2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 1 in.-14 left hand threads on the shank, and a 2.440 in. mounting width ball with a .515 in. thru bolt hole. flimsy baking sheet
Most of the set seems to be decent but I'm disappointed in the baking sheet.
It's flimsy and at 425 degrees it pops out of shape and if you're using oil on
the sheet it spews it around when it pops out of shape.

Cleans easily and nothing sticks!

So far, so good. I didn't realize these were not steel. I wanted to get rid of several aluminum pots and pans because aluminum does not heat well and therefore wastes energy. I don't know what these are made of, but they do heat quickly and cook evenly. Nothing sticks to them.
