A collet is a specialized holding device used in machining and manufacturing processes to secure and grip a work piece or a tool in a machine tool, such as a milling machine or a lathe. It is a type of clamping mechanism designed to provide a strong and precise grip on cylindrical or round objects.
Features:
- Parallel jaw insert surfaces exert uniform, accurate gripping force up to three times greater than can be achieved with split - steel collets
- Each collet accepts and precisely centers a wide range of both decimal or metric diameters (within individual capacity ranges) to speed setups and increase machining productivity
- Durable one - piece construction. Synthetic rubber retains flexibility and resists deterioration from heat, coolants and cutting compounds
- Steel jaw inserts precision ground after molding process to ensure maximum gripping accuracy. Hardened for greater wear resistance than split steel collets
- Each collet bore is held concentric to the old Tapers, front and back, to minimize tier
- Automatically seals tool old To prevent coolant flow through thus increasing tool wear
- Seals collets and machine spindles to protect from abrasive particles and swarf

The size isn’t right
Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice blanket, soft & lightweight, exactly what I was looking for, but I ordered a 90x90 & got a 90x84. Not sure if I’ll return it, but I will be asking the company for reimbursement of the price difference between the 90x90 & the next size down.

Though a bit lightweight, seems quite well made.
Color: White, Size: King
This duvet looks exactly as shown on the Amazon website. I bought the white/white color and it looks and feels very fresh and fluffy, quite lovely. It appears to be well made with a pretty stitched design. It feels soft and comforting. Though it is not overly thick, my intention is not to use it with a duvet cover but to tuck it between a sheet and thermal blanket with a wool blanket on top. It should function well as insulation on a cold night but also be comfortable on cooling autumn nights without the added wool blanket. I believe it will be very easy to use to use this way, rather than with the hassle of a duvet cover. Also, it will transition well from fall into winter.
I know that it is machine washable. But as I own a HE washer, I do plan to launder it at the laundromat in a larger machine. It so fully covers my king sized bed that I fear it might overwhelm the HE washer. But I do like the generous size.
I am so glad to have found this duvet at a great price. It was absolutely a value.

Quality Comfort

I think this is the perfect weight. I am a “hot” sleeper and I slept comfortably all night. I was really surprised at the quality of this product at the price I paid. I did not wash it before use because I put a duvet cover on it but the quilted, baffled construction should stand up well to washing as shifting of the fill should be limited. Overall an excellent choice.
