MLS gaskets have increased strength because they are comprised of multiple layers of stainless steel; which also creates the ability to rebound and resist corrosion. The outer layers are embossed and coated on both sides with Viton (a flour elastomer rubber based material that is heat resistant to 250 C/ 482 F). Viton is designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions, and surface finishes. Super functional AND looks great!

This really does it all. It looks great and holds hand soap, a small bottle of dish soap and the various brushes for doing dishes and cleaning straws but it also has slots for things like a sponge or the drain plugs. All things contained neatly in one spot. The pull out drip tray is perfect and easy to pull out to clean. So far, it has kept its finish and have had no issues with peeling or the black coming off like some have done in past.
