PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The 034Motorsport Supercharger Heat Exchanger Upgrade Kit for the Audi C7/C7.5 is an excellent stock-location heat exchanger for the Audi C7/C7.5 A6/A7. Testing has proven that this heat exchanger upgrade is capable of significantly reducing intake air temperatures. The increased thermal capacity of this supercharger heat exchanger kit makes this a strongly recommended upgrade for Stage 1, 2, & 2+ tunes, and a required upgrade for higher levels of power.

Our unique billet aluminum CNC machined end tanks with configurable coolant paths can be set up to accommodate vehicles with a single-pass or dual-pass configuration. The oversized core is 2.4x larger than the stock heat exchanger in frontal area, 2.2x larger in volume, and still fits neatly behind the stock crash bar. Custom molded multilayer silicone hoses are provided for a precise fit with excellent durability. The silicone hoses pass through provided air duct sealing panels that fill the voids left by the stock heat exchanger and prevent air spill around the radiator core. Both end tanks have bleeder plugs to ensure that all air can be easily removed from the system without requiring special tools.

The 034Motorsport Supercharger Heat Exchanger Upgrade Kit is a comprehensive package and an obvious choice to reduce and stabilize intake air temperatures for additional power production at every level of engine modification, from stock to highly modified!

FEATURES:

  • Significantly Reduces Intake Air Temperature Over Stock
  • Frontal Area Increased by 2.4x for Significant Additional Cooling
    • OE exchanger - 156 sq. in. (1006.5 sq. cm)
    • 034 exchanger - 370 sq. in. (2387.1 sq. cm)

    • OE exchanger - 1.1 qts.
    • 034 exchanger - 2.4 qts.
  • Dimensional Volume Increased by 2.1x:

Some vehicles, dependent on model year, may need to utilize a Single-Pass or Dual-Pass configuration of the 034Motorsport Heat Exchanger. The 034Motorsport Heat Exchanger utilizes configurable coolant paths that can be set up to accommodate vehicles with a single-pass or dual-pass configuration with no additional parts.

COOLING IMPROVEMENTS:

The graph below shows the improved thermal capacity of the 034Motorsport Supercharger Heat Exchanger. The top of the graph shows how much cooler the intake air temperature is compared to stock. The bottom of the grapsh shows how much cooler the outlet temperature of the coolant is exiting the heat exchanger. Ambient air temperature was 18C for stock, and 17C for the 034 upgrade kit.

POWER IMPROVEMENTS:

The dyno graph below shows the power output of the 3.0TFSI supercharged engine with the stock heat exchanger vs. the 034Motorsport Supercharger Heat Exchanger. The ECU reduces power when the intake air temperature exceeds 80C. Over successive pulls, the stock heat exchanger is unable to cool the intake charge below 80C after the first couple of pulls, and the ECU intervenes at lower and lower engine RPM as the system becomes heat saturated. The 034Motorsport heat exchanger is able to cool the intake charge below 80C for all 6 consecutive dyno pulls without the ECU intervening to protect the engine, giving consistent power delivery through to redline.

Love these socks!
Size: 6-10, Color: White
Comfortable, no show, and most importantly The Do No Slip!!!! I keep coming back to add to my supply because they have become the only sock I wear. I’ve been using them for a couple years now and they hold to great to washing, bleaching and the dryer. Highly recommended.

The only socks I will buy
Size: 6-10, Color: Halo Gray/Assorted
These are hands down my favorite socks to wear with tennis shoes. Bought my original 6 pack in the store, liked them so much I went buy more and they were gone. These don't slip on your heel like most socks do. Come up high enough on the top of your foot to protect from tongue rubbing (I giggled when I wrote that) and they come in fun colors. Love they are ultra no show and provide padding but people can't see them with shoes on. Five stars!

Amazing socks. Fits Amazing. I tried to buy the six pack and it wasn’t the same. Thinner material. The 3 pack is great. Would buy again if it comes up.

Amazing socks but false advertising. They changed them.
Size: Large, Color: Black (6-pairs)
Okay well I have 4 stars because these are the best socks ever, infact, I threw out all my other socks and switched to just these. No show and they never slip. THE PROBLEM NOW, all the pairs I ordered before had a white symbol, and every time I buy more they have the grey and they are not as low show as my others… I wanted to simplify life and have all the same kind, no matching of colors or slightly different shape, but 4 times now I’ve ordered white symbol and gotten thicker longer ones with gray symbols. I’m considering switching all of my socks to the gray…. But the white symbol ones are way better, they don’t show with hey dudes on and gray symbol ones do now. I’m at a loss. Can someone tell me where to buy 100 pairs of white symbol so I never need to buy another sock again in my life?
