BESPOKE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please read terms and conditions before made payment. Customers agreed with terms and conditions once confirmed payment.

1. All BESPOKE items are  NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Once payment have been made, NO REFUNDS will be entertained.
2. Bespoke price for custom measurements via boutique includes 1 time appointment for taken measurements & 1 time fitting with alterations. While, online preorder duration for standard size to be ship is AFTER 30 WORKING DAYS excludes Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday depending que preorders. Items will be ship by DHL Ecommerce. Customers is advise to double check size before confirm to proceed preorder as no alteration during peak seasons. 
3. Full payments requires to proceed bespoke collection. Once made payment, kindly WhatsApp us at 0174108280 and inform you order number to set your appointments.
4. Color chosen & customisation will be set during 1st appointment is  unchangeable. Any major changes on design & detailing will be add new charges.
5. For custom measurements via boutique, customers need to attend appoinment/fitting as set per discussion. If there is any delay on customers side, all agreements are cancelled after 60 days first/final fitting been scheduled. 
6. Teruntum Putih Enterprise has a copyright solely to téruntum putih brand, design  and the only one and trusted platform to sell our products. We did not hire & prohibited of any third-party to sell or rent of our products without our legal permissions.
