I'm not sure why there are any reviews complaining of silver hardware or size as that information is clearly listed in the product descriptions. Ultimately, as I read and did my research, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I've dressed it up with a cheaper, smaller strap as I'm using this as an oversized wristlet at the moment; but I got everything I paid for.
