BatVader’s First Morning in Nice Original21 November 2025. It was my 2nd day in Nice but first morning. So, after having an early breakfast on those iconic blue seats on Promenade Des Anglais with the food I bought from Jeannot and sitting there for a little over an hour, I walked on the pebble beach for a while. Then I came back to this spot at 09: 09. I walked through Cours Saleya and these arches but my hands were full with croissant and coffee so I thought Id come back and take a photo
21 November 2025. It was my 2nd day in Nice but first morning. So, after having an early breakfast on those iconic blue seats on Promenade Des Anglais with the food I bought from Jeannot and sitting there for a little over an hour, I walked on the pebble beach for a while. Then I came back to this spot at 09:09. I walked through Cours Saleya and these arches but my hands were full with croissant and coffee so I thought I’d come back and take a photo of the view with the arches. An addition to “find an arch and make a painting of it” during my travels. It was a beautiful and sunny morning. From here, I continued to explore this beautiful city more, starting from the market at Cours Saleya.
These arches in my paintings represent looking at the sunlight/light/brightness in front of me. While I’m walking during my travels, I just stand under many arches and look at the views. It’s also a beautiful architecture style.
The textured art at the bottom represents the waves hitting the pebble beach.
