A perfumed Tasmanian riesling showing characters of lime, lemon and green apple with underlying hints of jasmine, stone, lemongrass, lime zest and makrut lime leaves. Flavoursome, with some lovely lime and lemon fruits, plenty of mineral energy and a dry, energetic finish. It makes for great drinking.
