This was most likely originally intended as a nightgown, but I think it could be easily worn as a Summer dress. It is quite big on me so I have the straps pinned back on one of the photos. This would be very pretty over a tank top or fitted tee if you wanted more coverage. Lovely bit of weight in the drape. So many lovely details all over. In lovely, gently worn, vintage condition with light wear to one of the straps that could easily be mended. I would call the colour a creamy vintage white, meaning lots of vintage character. More tone than shown in photos. Light faded mark, not too noticeable, on lower skirt area.

Listed as a size Medium and would say Medium/Large or an very mellow fitting Small that would require the straps to be taken up. As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.
