Care note: This tag is made from copper so, like a penny, it is normal for it to darken a little over time resulting in an attractive patina. However, if this tag come into contact with caustic substances (ie chlorine, acids, salt, etc.) it may tarnish too much. If this happen you can easily restore its shine by sanding the back side with a fine-grit sandpaper or even an emery board. The front cannot be sanded, but it can be cleaned in a mild soap and water solution using a soft cloth or brush.
