1.How many strings lights can I connect with this dimmer?

It depends on the power of string lights. For example, each light bulb is 2 watt, a string lights with 15 Bulbs is Rated 30W, connectable string will be 11 sets: 350W/30W≈ 11Sets.

2. Is this dimmer waterproof ? Can i use it outdoors?

Yes, this dimmer is IP65 Waterproof, UL Listed and 3 prong plug make it safe for outdoor use.

3. Can this dimmer work with incandescent bulbs?

Incandescent bulbs are not recommended. As the max load power of this dimmer is 350W, please make sure the total power is less 350W if you use it for incandescent bulbs.
