LA BELLE ENDORMIE
Dans un château, en un temps lointain, la fée Carabosse coupe le cordon ombilical d’un nouveau-né, une petite fille nommée Anastasia. Surgissent alors trois jeunes fées légères et étourdies. « Trop tard », annonce Carabosse d’un ton implacable : à l’âge de seize ans, l’enfant se percera la main et mourra. Les jeunes fées éclatent en sanglots. Il leur faut désormais conjurer cette terrible malédiction…

À la suite du décès tragique de leur père et des lourdes dettes qu’il a laissées derrière lui, Marie-Catherine et sa sœur Anne sont contraintes d’abandonner leur pensionnat pour être placées dans un couvent.
