The Vent-Axia 473825 Lo-Carbon Centra T DC is a continuous running decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (dMEV) centrifugal fan designed to provide efficient and near-silent ventilation for residential properties.
Featuring an integrated overrun timer and energy-saving Lo-Carbon DC motor technology, this 100mm extractor fan is ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms and toilets where continuous background ventilation is required to help control condensation and improve indoor air quality.
What is dMEV?
Decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (dMEV) systems provide continuous low-level extraction directly from wet rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens. Individual fans operate independently to deliver effective whole-house ventilation in line with Building Regulations Approved Document F.
The Lo-Carbon Centra continuously removes stale and moisture-laden air while operating at very low noise levels for improved comfort within the home.

The Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon Centra T DC is suitable for wall, ceiling, panel and window mounting, offering flexibility across a wide range of domestic ventilation applications.
SELV variants within the Centra range are also available for installations within bathroom Zone 1 areas where additional electrical safety protection is required.
