2024-25 Off-Season Training Program for HS Senior Athletes - 16 Week ProgramThis program is designed for High School Seniors who need to keep their skills sharp for their upcoming High School Baseball and future Freshman Collegiate season. Players need to continue developing their skills and gain strength to be at their best this program will position them to do so. Participating Players will have professional instruction for both Hitting and Fielding along with Kinetic Strength and Conditioning programming in Friday training
This program is designed for High School Seniors who need to keep their skills sharp for their upcoming High School Baseball and future Freshman Collegiate season. Players need to continue developing their skills and gain strength to be at their best - this program will position them to do so.
Participating Players will have professional instruction for both Hitting and Fielding along with Kinetic Strength and Conditioning programming in Friday training sessions. Additional Strength Training with Kinetic Strength and Conditioning is available for separate purchase. Sunday "Team" style practices will be ran by professional coaches and players will be organized in groups to ensure quality reps and quantity of reps position them for success for the upcoming High School season.
This 16 week program starts Friday, October 25th and completes on Sunday, March 2nd; right before High School Baseball tryouts begin. Please see a full list of dates below as there will be breaks for certain holidays over the winter. Training and Team Practices will take place indoors at MVP Sports Complex - 304 W. Mondamin St, Minooka, IL 60447 and dates are subject to change.

No Training or Practices November 22nd or November 24th for Thanksgiving Break. Christmas/New Years Break from December 23rd - January 10th. Enrolled Players will be able to use MVP Facility (By Request Only) during December 26th - January 4th.
