Directions For Use:

30 servings per 50 g (1.8 oz)

We recommend starting with 1/4 - 1/2 tsp (1.6g) per day. If you are sensitive to herbs, you may want to start with less. When your body feels ready, you can increase your dosage according to your daily needs. Best to use in the AM and PM.

For fast absorption, mix the powder directly into water, hot tea or your favourite plant based milk. Schizandra berry is also a delicious addition to your smoothies, hot chocolates, raw desserts, baked goods and more. This plant based extract is not sensitive to heat.

But after about a year, I did notice that it stopped keeping my water cold as long as it used to, and the ice began melting much faster. I reached out to Owala customer service but unfortunately never received a response. Even with that issue, I still prefer the lid design over brands like Yeti or RTIC, so I would consider purchasing another Owala in the future. If you value a convenient, leak-proof lid design, it’s definitely worth considering. I just sincerely hope the insulation lasts longer on the next one.
