This piece has some pretty grain and lots of small branch buds that create interesting textures. This piece has been air-dried to 12-14% moisture content. The branch pith is present and has some fine cracks that appear to be closed and tight. One end of the block is square with the dimensions measured. The other end is more rounded with a diameter of 2.3". About the Tree This Texas-grown Pecan tree was harvested in Fresno Texas in December, 2021. It was in a residential neighborhood where it had been planted near a home that was built in the 1930s. Over the years, the small Pecan tree grew large, and it threatened the house. The homeowners reluctantly called their tree company to cut down the tree and stack the wood for us to recover. We're always happy to save wood from the firepit or city dump. Their tree is now yours to treasure! |

My favorite sunscreen!

I have been using Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen for years and absolutely love the smell. I wanted to try a spray version as I hate the feeling of oily hands after applying sunscreen. This version sprays on super evenly and has that same beachy smell as the lotion! It stays on for hours and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. My go to sunscreen! With such high SPF as well, this sunscreen truly cannot be best for the value.

Almost the best but still fantastic

This is a great and lightweight sunscreen for the body- for it’s accessibility factor the spray is very helpful if you have areas of skin that you can’t reach this works well - but in turn you will go through the bottle quickly- I pay out for 10-20 min at least every day and will use the bottle up in 2 weeks- if that bothers you switch to the lotion version of this sunscreen

Light Sunscreen with a Nice Tropical Scent

I really like this sunscreen spray for everyday use. It feels lightweight on the skin, sprays on easily, and doesn’t leave a heavy or sticky feeling. The tropical scent smells really nice too. Good option for the beach, pool, or just being outside.
