The most famous of them, the J-45, traditionally constructed with a spruce top and mahogany back and sides, has seen countless reiterations of itself over the past 80 years. Commonly referred to as “The Workhorse,” it has the ability to cover a vast range of musical genres and playing styles. We are fortunate enough to have scored one of these special reiterations. This Gibson Custom Limited Edition J-45 in a Honeyburst finish features perfectly matched, beautifully decorative Koa back and sides. And rather than an Adirondack or Sitka spruce top found on the majority of J-45's, we have Englemann spruce on this specimen. The combination of these two tone woods make for a unique result, while still keeping the familiarity of the J-45's sound intact. The Englemann naturally has a more “worn-in” tone than other spruces, and paired with the brighter sounding Koa, you end up with finely tuned, warming sonic experience. If its performance weren’t enough to blow you away, we should mention it’s a looker, too. You can spot a hint of bear claw figure on the top, approaching the stunning rosette. The slotted diamond inlays compliment the silky rosewood fingerboard, and are brought out by the abalone script headstock logo above them. Unfinished product - doesn't work - waste of money
in order to use this as an installation tool the directions tell you to drill a hole through the 2 inch steel rod..... either this hole should already be drilled, or this should not be advertised as an installation tool..... it will not install any bearings without extensive modification and requires the use of a drill press or a lathe. very dissatisfied that I now have to buy ANOTHER tool just to finish this job because this one doesn't do what it's described to do.... piece of junk... typical amazon garbage.... this is why I haven't used amazon in over a year... they rip you off with garbage.... I should have known better .... don't buy this junk .... Now they say 20 -30 days to get my refund .... Don't waste your time

Good tool, but must be hand drilled to accept bearing installation cup
Good tool, but you have to drill a hole in the bearing installation rod to accept the cross bolt that locks the bearing installation cup onto the rod.

I'm not sure what they're selling.
Gimbal extractor works. One of these guys needs to come down here and show me how the installer works. There is a driver for the bearing with pin but the driver rod itself has no hole like shown in the picture. How do you miss that?

Good value, very useful for go kart wiring

It's a good spool to have around to wire lights and things on the go karts. Also came in handy when I had to patch a bit of melted wire harness on the tail of the old Dodge.
