Historical Background
The MiG-21PF, NATO reporting name Fishbed-D, is a iconic all-weather supersonic interceptor developed by the Mikoyan Design Bureau in the Soviet Union, serving as one of the most mass-produced supersonic fighter jets in aviation history, with a total output exceeding 10,000 units.
Launched in 1961 as an upgraded variant of the MiG-21F-13, this model was specially modified to achieve full all-weather interception capability. It featured a widened nose inlet to house the RP-21 radar, enabling combat operations at night and under severe weather conditions. Powered by a R-11F2-300 turbojet engine, it reached a maximum speed of Mach 2.05, and was typically armed with 2 K-13 (AA-2 Atoll) air-to-air missiles. It was widely deployed by the Soviet Air Force, Warsaw Pact countries, Vietnam, Egypt and other allied nations, and became a mainstay fighter during the Cold War, gaining notable combat records in the Vietnam War.

Updated review: spitting and splintering
UPDATE:
Originally, one of the boards arrived with a split in it, but I was still happy with them. After a few weeks of light use, hand washing and drying of the boards, I figured it was time to update this review and knock these down to 1 star.
The boards do not hold up very well. Cut marks are deep, and they are starting to splinter. Another of the boards has also developed a split.
Save your money and go with cutting boards from someone else.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I bought these cutting boards to cut down on microplastic exposure. This would be a 5 star review except that one of the boards arrived cracked (noticed while hand washing all of them before use). Despite the one cracked board, I did not return them, as I immediately started using the boards, was too busy to deal with it at the time, and the overall value was still there.
These boards are great, the value is excellent since you get several of different sizes. I like that all sizes have the moat for juices, because sometimes you are cutting one or two chicken breasts or one steak and don’t want to have to grab a big board.
I honestly am writing this review because I wouldn’t be surprised if the company sends me a replacement. If they do, I will update the review to reflect their customer service.

This 3-piece pre-oiled bamboo cutting board isfantastic. The carbonized bamboo gives them a rich, warm tone that looks much nicer than standard cutting boards.

The Best buy for my kitchen
