There's lots of FM power in this small unit. The Reface DX displays a multitude of editing features to tailor each program for singular tonality. The "FM" array activates frequency, level, algorithm, and feedback controls, while the "VOICE SELECT / EDIT" array offers eight more adjustable parameters. Functioning with four FM operators and twelve different algorithms, there's plenty to get familiar with in the DX. Beyond that, pitch bending, octave controls, and on-board effects transform the moldable sounds into creative, unique sonic landscapes.
Built for all set and scenarios, the Reface DX is equipped with mono and stereo output for recording and gigs, headphone monitoring for solo jamming, and built-in stereo speakers for low-key, powerful projection. In addition, the DX has MIDI in/out capability, as well as USB to host controls. An expression pedal input also allows for more dynamics when performing.
