The technicalities:

- Yes, you can add a custom denomination. We’re giving you some general denominations that are common, average purchase amounts.

- Generally speaking you have 6 months to use your gift voucher. Use it as soon as you can and we will try to be fair if you can’t.

- We want you to enjoy your purchase! That means your gift voucher can be applied to anything currently in store or to special order merchandise.

- Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

E-gift cards aare an increasingly common standard in retail. After purchase, a code is generated and sent to the email address you apply to your order. If you would like something physical to give to your gift recipient, you have three options. First, you can forward the email confirmation that you received to your recipient. Second, you can print out the confirmation email and include it in a greeting card. Or third, you may stop by the store and we can give you a gift card with the details from your email written on the back. The card for this third option looks similar to a business card and includes our address, sales website, ggift amount, and the expiration date for their voucher.

Why do we no longer issue a physical, PLASTIC gift card?

Well, you just answered your own question! Gift cards are commonly held in a wallet and then used once and thrown away. It feels far more comfortable for us to keep your gift card purchase in our online system, send you an automatic email, and then you can email forward it, print it out, or come into the store and have us look it up in the system. Either way this avoids wasteful plastic and it still gets the job done!
