Sheikh has also made sublime photographs of landscapes altered by political and environmental crises.
In recent years, the shift to the political right in the US has been replicated across Europe, the Middle East, Central and East Africa and Southeast Asia, as authoritarian governments and xenophobia have increased. As an act of refusal to these political trends, Sheikh sought out the celebrated novelist and critic Teju Cole for a collaboration that would reinforce their commitment to the ideal of a compassionate global community as well as the importance of individual courage.
The resulting book represents the two authors' distinct visions, their shared values and mutual spirit of cooperation. With Cole's words and Sheikh's photos we are confronted with fundamental and newly necessary questions of co-existence: who is my neighbor? Who is kin to me? Who is a stranger? What does it mean to be human?

Goes on plentiful, but doesn't stay.
I enjoyed this glitter when I first applied it, but it falls off even if you use lotion or something to stick it to your face. It would be great to use as pixi dust, but not for facial glitter. I use a more dense glitter for my face to make sure it shows up. I use it in my hair, and that stays for a while, but it takes a lot to show up/ The containers are cute though and don't get clogged. There is no scent to it, which I am happy about because I did not want scent.

Fun, easy and quality
These little bottles are adorable. The glitter comes out without a mess. If using on hair for a devotation use hair glue to make the design. Otherwise, the simple sweet lite glitter touch finishes a style nicely.

Ball is great, squeaker not as much. I do recommend though.

Ball is indestructible maybe but the squeaker is not. Lol. My Cane Corso is a huge chewer and she destroys every squeaker we've ever bought. This one too. But the ball is still in good shape so that's definitely a positive.
