This is a single fermentation pet nat using classic Penedès varietals. Its name means ‘I’m thirsty’ in Catalan - not surprisingly, it’s a real thirst quencher, and a real favourite of our team. No added sulphur.
Grapes: Xarel-lo (60%), Parellada (40%)
