This fin is the 4.5-inch river fin made even shorter. At 3 inches it sits as shallow as a center fin gets, for the bony, low-water lines where a deeper fin keeps dragging. The semi-rigid material bends on impact rather than catching, and the raked shape deflects off rocks instead of hooking them. Specially designed for river running, it fits the center fin box on Hala paddleboards or any board with a standard US longboard center fin box.
