Pair with an EVOO or drizzle over grilled meats and vegetables, or sweet desserts and cheese. Makes a delicious dressing for berry salads:
- Pour 4 TBSP Arbequina olive oil into a medium-sized, round bottom bowl. Whisk in 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard.
- Slowly whisk in 3 TBSP Elderberry Balsamic Vinegar, about 1/4 teaspoon at a time, until all of the oil is fully incorporated and the mixture is fully emulsified.
- Add in 1/2 tsp each allspice, black pepper & sea salt, Mix well and adjust seasoning as desired.
