The high performance intercooler has the following core dimension (515mm x 367mm x 95mm = 16.500cm³) and thus offers a 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. This Audi RS3 intercooler uses our award winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core, which is made specifically for this application. Constructed of the highest quality Tube and Fin intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminum endtanks optimized by CFD for best possible internal airflow. With the help of additional air guides, inside inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler is provided. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimum pressure drop. So this kit is just the right thing for racing. The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit and weighs only 11.7 kg. It is mounted to the original mounting points and is easy to perform (simple adjustments necessasy - check installation instruction). This was horribly made and a nightmare to put together. You have to basically bend the bars to get the coverings attached. The sizes don't match. The stickers that label the parts are impossible to remove and if you do get them off theres a lot of residue left behind. On top of that once it was put together I noticed theres a big dirty foot print on it which is definitely not mine.

You have to add weight to it

It does its job and it was easy to put together but it's a little on the flimsy side and it will easily be knocked down. So you're going to have to figure out a way to make the legs heavier? I used cinder blocks, single cinder blocks and it works just fine. Just know that it will knock over super easy
