Our coffee company is named after one of our favorite National Park spots, the Shark Valley area of Everglades National Park. If you’ve never been, look it up. It’s a unique place where you can get up close to alligators without barriers, in a safe and responsible way. It’s seriously amazing and a must-stop when you visit our home state of Florida.

This coffee is freshly roasted by Howdy Ranger founder Miguel Bravo on our small but powerful coffee roaster.

Every order is shipped within 3 days of roasting. In other words, the bag you receive will be at peak freshness and smell great.

We use only high-quality beans from Central America, South America, and Africa, rotating origins based on season and quality.

For simplicity right now, we roast everything medium, give you the choice of region (as opposed to by country, our inventory changes often), and only offer whole bean, and--you will need a grinder.
