We wanted to share this little healthy obsession of ours and created this collection that combines the best of what we do. We present to you our sardines in different forms and flavors, but always with an unparalleled flavor.

Sardines are a white fish with high-quality fat and rich in Omega-3, which reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases. They are also a source of vitamin D and B12 with plenty of protein, associated with lowering blood pressure and controlling diabetes.

Grilled Sardines with Sweet Peppers: In this canned recipe, green and red peppers are grilled together with the sardines.

Sardines with Lemon: The rich flavor of Portuguese sardines is combined with a slight acidic touch of lemon.

Smoked Spicy Sardines: We smoked the sardines and added a slight spicy touch of chili.

Sardines with Tomato: We paired the sardines with tomato sauce.

Skinless and Boneless Sardines: The excellence of the most delicate sardine fillets in extra virgin olive oil, without skin and bones!

Sardines with Mustard: We paired the sardines with a smooth and tangy mustard sauce for a bold twist.

The only downside is that my dog chewed off the soft fabric covering in about twenty minutes.And she's not a real big chewer. It looks better with the covering on it, but even without it, the ball works fine and she plays with it every day.So that is not a showstopper. But good to supervise your dog for safety.In case they are a chewer, and they decide to destroy the cover. But the ball works fine without the cover too!
