Our Rosé is a fruity and elegant wine. Nicely chilled this wine is perfect as an aperitif or summertime drinking.
Tasting: Delicious crunchy apple, raspberry and redcurrant flavours. This wine has a refreshing, dry minerally finish which makes it an excellent accompaniment to a wide variety of lighter flavoured food dishes.
Wine Making: Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc grapes were destemmed, crushed together and held half day in the press to allow for colour extraction before being cool fermented to preserve the vibrant primary fruit characters.
Diet: This wine is suitable for a vegan diet.
Certified Organic: BioGro.
Analysis: Alcohol 13 %, Acidity 7.2 g/L, Residual Sugar 4 g/L
Delicately lifted on the nose, showing raspberry, crunchy apple and floral aromas with a hint of spicy overtone. The juicy palate delivers fine flow and elegant weight, splendidly framed by crisp acidity, finishing long and refreshing.
