For different embroidery designs, specify each design in the same field.
• The embroidery service is available only for belts purchased from the CARPE DIEM Online Store.
• Collaboration belts (JH+CARPE DIEM × BRIGADE) are not eligible for this service.
• For alphabets and numbers, you can choose between “英数” or “花文字.”
• Orders that include the embroidery service will be shipped within a week in one combined shipment. Please note this in advance.
