When to Replace
- Replace pads when they show visible signs of wear, such as fraying or thinning.
- Replace if cleaning effectiveness is noticeably reduced.
- Replace when the pad no longer adheres securely to the mop head.
Installation Tips
- Ensure the machine is unplugged before changing pads.
- Align the dot on the back of the mop pad with the center screw on the bottom of the mop foot.
- Press the pad firmly onto the hook-and-loop material on the mop foot until secure.

Great quality case, keyboard doesn’t work as intended

Case is fine and good quality but the keyboard doesn’t work as intended. Bluetooth connects great but the keyboard is formatted incorrectly. For example, when I try to use a dash, it puts an apostrophe instead. I have no idea how to reformat it myself. I’d love just a replacement keyboard
