Gardenia finds alignment and strength through uninhibited, authentic expression in the body and aura. She facilitates the gentle circulation and gushing forth of Self, which moves stagnation and stuck energy so that we can return to our true alignment. This is the way she embodies purity - by continuous circulation, like the crisp waters of a river. Oftentimes, when we are referring to the act of being present in our bodies we tend to use the word "grounding", but Gardenia's level of presence in the body feels more like water. Flower Essences are a vibrational medicine that are created through communion with the flowering part of a plant, where its vital energy is being focused. After connecting with the plant, the most pristine blossoms are solar infused into volcanic spring water from the island of Hawai'i, and then preserved with locally made "Hawaiian Honeyshine".

Flower Essences contain no chemical constituents from the plant, but they hold a lot of power, and are primarily used for shifting one's perception of their reality in a gentle and effective way.
