Directions: Applied only externally to the affected area. Or dissolve in the water and intake.

Each box of Yunnan Baiyao powder contains 4000mg or 4 grams. There's 1 spoon included in each box.

There's 1 red pill in each box. The red pill is inside the bottle on top of the powder. The red pill is known as the "safety pill". The usual procedure is to take the red pill along with the first dose of Yunnan Baiyao if there is a severe condition.*
