The Acro Ball uses Acro Ink, which is 1/5 the viscosity of ordinary oil-based ballpoint pens, to create a smooth ink that is similar to water-based ink, allowing the ball to spin smoothly.
The low viscosity of Acro Inks allows for a plentiful supply of ink to the nib. Since the ink penetrates deep into the paper fibers, it produces even and thick strokes.
The grip of the Acro Ball is made of soft, non-slip rubber. The surface has a tire pattern made of non-slip bumps.
