Important Notes

• Please check your wheel size before purchasing and you can find your wheel size from the printed on the tire wall (side).
• Please check your rear fork width (135 - 142mm) to make sure the motor hub can be fitted into it.
• Professional installation skills are needed. Please notice that basic tools will be required when installing this DIY Kit. Otherwise, please seek a local mechanic for installation.
  The AU regulations dictate that a kit must not exceed the rated power of 250W to be road-legal. 3000W Motor is not path legal, this product is recommended for off-road or private property use only.
• Please noted that the rear motor hub will only suit single-speed thread-on freewheel
  Speed limit and riding ranges depend on the rider's weight, road, and weather conditions.
  It is strongly advised to utilize twin piston calipers on bicycles to enhance braking performance and safety.

Warranty Information

• We offer a 12 Months warranty on the Motor for our electric bike kit for non-commercial use.
• Warranty will not cover:
  Minor scratches, marks, or imperfections.
• Damage due to external causes, e.g. damage by negligent use, incorrect use, and tampering with the battery pack, damage by traffic accidents, and damage during any transportation, e.g. by couriers.
• Damage due to normal wear and tear and maintenance. Wear and tear items that are not covered include tires, tubes, brakes, brake pads, wheel spokes, derailleur tuning, gear adjustments, bottom bracket tightening, handlebar adjustments, seat, stand, footpegs, etc.
  If the bike doesn’t reach top speed this is not covered by warranty and if the distance per charge is not as advertised this is also not covered by warranty as this is only an estimate. Batteries lose capacity naturally.
• Poor maintenance and any modifications to the product or components.
  We will not be held responsible for theft, damage, or injury caused while using this product.
